We run our own trucks, on our own authority.
Not a broker network. The crew that loads your home in one state is the crew that unloads it in another, and there is a city page for every market we hold crews in.
- Company crews in every market listed
- 30 days storage included on long hauls
- One carrier door to door
- USDOT 2138595 · MC-744411 checkable on FMCSA SAFER
- Cities
- 28 with crews we know
- Households moved
- 1,789 and counting
- Crew
- 160 on our own payroll
- Storage included
- 30 days on long distance
Figures are our own records rather than an industry average. Storage in transit beyond thirty days moves to a monthly rate, quoted before it starts.
How our coverage works, state by state
We are an interstate carrier, not a broker network, and that single fact shapes everything on this page. We move households between any two points in the continental United States. What the lists below describe is something narrower and more useful: the places where we keep our own crews, run the lane often enough to know the access before we arrive, and have written down what a move there involves. Every market below is served by the same long distance moving operation and priced the same way: a survey, then one binding number.
What a state page gives you
The transit spread from each coast in driving days, the metros we crew, and the one thing about that state that catches people out — the traction law on the I-70 corridor in Colorado, the chains Oregon requires over Siskiyou Summit from November to March, the fact that Boston moves two thirds of its leases on a single day. Fifteen states, and none of those sentences appears on more than one of them.
What a city page gives you
Access. Whether a 53-foot trailer can legally and physically stop at your door, what permit that needs and how long the permit takes, whether the building wants a certificate of insurance and a booked lift. Twenty-eight cities, because those are the markets where we can answer that from the address rather than guessing at survey.
And where we stop
Alaska and Hawaii we do not do on our own equipment — they need an ocean or air leg, and we would rather say so than take the booking and hand it to somebody else. Local moves across town are not what we are built for either; a local company charging by the hour will usually beat us, and we will tell you that on the call.
Every state we serve
Pick a state for what a move there actually involves — transit times from the coasts, the cities we hold crews in, and the rules that catch people out.

How long the drive takes
Driving days once the truck is loaded, not calendar days from booking. Both ends of the spread go on your bill of lading, which is what makes it a commitment rather than an estimate.
| Moving to | States we cover | Longer haul | Shorter haul |
|---|---|---|---|
| The West mountain passes set the winter spread | AZ · CA · CO · NM · OR · WA | 7–12 days from the east coast | 4–8 days from the midwest |
| The Midwest the shortest long haul we run | IL | 5–9 days from the west coast | 3–6 days from the east coast |
| The South hurricane season widens August to October | FL · GA · TX · VA · DC | 6–10 days from the west coast | 3–7 days from the northeast |
| The Northeast permits and lift bookings, not the drive | MA · NJ · NY · PA | 7–12 days from the west coast | 3–6 days from the midwest |
Spreads are our own dispatch figures rather than a mileage calculator's. Access at either end — a permit, a shuttle, a booked service elevator — is what moves a date more often than the drive does.

Thanks to these guys, my move was easy and fast. They were recommended by a friend and he insisted I hire them. And I am glad I listened to her. After booking this team for my move, I was still a bit worried. But they clearly changed all that on the moving day. The foreman and his 3 helpers came on time and were very active. They did not sit around and do nothing, they worked the entire time. As a result of their hard work, all my things were intact. Thank you very much.

I used his moving company to relocate my entire office to a different location. Those guys are great. They packed everything carefully, nothing got damage, they are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

They relocated my stuff with ease and no scratches. I had a great team to help me: hard working, courteous and punctual. Thanks to this cross country mover I moved with no stress.

How is a long distance move priced?
Weight and mileage set the base, then access at either end. Weight is the part you can estimate before anybody visits, which is why the state pages publish weight ranges by home size rather than a price — a figure that ignores what you own is a figure that changes later. A survey counts the actual inventory, and that is what makes the price binding.
How long will it take?
Driving days once loaded, and the table above gives the spread for each part of the country — three to six days into the midwest from the east coast, seven to twelve coast to coast. Both ends of the spread go on your bill of lading. A single promised date on an interstate move is a date somebody intends to miss.
Who actually turns up on the day?
Our own crew, in our own truck, and the same company unloads you at the other end. We are a carrier rather than a broker, which is the difference between one company being accountable for your shipment and a chain of them each blaming the next.
How do I check you are who you say you are?
USDOT 2138595 and MC-744411, both searchable in the FMCSA SAFER database without asking us for anything. That is the check worth doing on any interstate mover, and a company that will not give you the numbers has told you something.
Do you move to Alaska or Hawaii?
Not on our own equipment. Those moves need an ocean or air leg, and we would rather tell you that than take the booking and hand it to somebody else.
My city is not listed. Can you still move me?
Almost certainly yes. The city pages cover the markets where we keep crews; we serve the whole continental US from them. Call with the two ZIP codes and we will tell you straight away.
Do you do local moves as well as interstate?
Interstate and long distance is what we are built for. For a move across town, a local company with hourly crews will usually beat us on price and we will say so.
Moving between two of these?
One call, one binding price. No obligation and no robocalls.
