Everything went great and it was a really fast and easy pick up process. The car arrived in the estimated time and was in the same shape we left it, which is always great. We also placed the shipment very last minute and they fit us in with only 2 DAY notice and still kept it affordable.

They inspect your car & note any prior damages to ensure all is well when it is delivered. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. For example, my car was supposed to be delivered on the 22nd, but they were running behind and rescheduled for the 23rd. They let me know WELL over a week beforehand, so that I could make arrangements. After the car was delivered, John called to follow up and ask about their service. John made sure I was a happy customer in the end. Also, the gentleman who drove my car (David, I think) was also very understanding and went through each step of the process with me. I decided to go with Cross Country, based on the excellent reviews on Yelp. And I must say....they deserve such high ratings. Although they seem little expensive, compared to other standard movers...but at the end of the day....I don't mind paying that extra, considering their fantastic job. At the last moment; I had few major shuffling on the stuffs to be shipped that lead to the addition of few extra boxes. They accepted it so nicely and did not even charge any extra $$ for that. They were very much punctual on everything. They have been extremely thorough...took care of even a tiny thing....Their packaging has been outstanding.....last but not the least; such a nice people like John, Scott, Luke...They were truly nice, kind and caring throughout. I called back reached a "senior coordinator" who apologized and said from now on I will be handling everything personally. Great. Scheduled the In home estimate which could not have gone smoother on 4/20. I called a week later as there was no estimate. They will have my coordinator contract me. 2 weeks later still no estimate or reply. I have found a much more responsive moving company to help with our long distance move. read less

Everything was unloaded without any damage and they even asked where I wanted my furniture positioned so that I didn't have to move it twice. They gave me a great estimate That I couldn't find at any other DECENT company. I'm sure there are guys out here that will throw your stuff in a truck and haul it to the bay for 50 bucks somewhere, but the quality just isn't the same.

Moving day came and they were so careful with my stuff, it made me feel a bit bad about how I usually treated it. If it was my grandmothers rocking chair or a 6 dollar plywood bookshelf, it made no difference. These guys were Professional- yes with a capital P. The bay area is nice, and if i ever go back, I'll definitely call these guys again. read less

I used to do moving as a side job in high school, so I know how stressful it can be for both the movers and the movees- (you're basically entrusting all of your belongings with randos). But they totally minimized the stress of the moving experience.

These movers were efficient, professional, and great to work with. Courteous crew, punctual and very considerate of her belongings. They explained the whole moving process thoroughly. And best of all they were quick to improvise. Again- highly recommend! read less
