Flat fee, no hassling, the person I dealt with was professional, the contract was digital and clear, the truck driver communicated directly with us on timing of pickup and dropoff. I was overwhelmed with the barrage of emails, calls and texts when I shopped around and was turned off my the "Crazzy Eddie" type sales approach. I decided to do my own research on BBB, Yelp and google, and found these guys. I would use them again.

  My family and I engaged with Cross Country Movers Group on three separate occasions for my mother's relocations. Each move was executed flawlessly, thanks to the professionalism and compassionate care of the moving team. We were always amazed at how each move was completed within the estimated time that the moving manager had provided us. Although the team members differed for each move, the level of efficiency and precision in packing up my mother's apartment remained consistent. This incredibly organized manner of work left a deep impression on my family. We had initially anticipated a hefty bill from each move, but were pleasantly surprised to find that the actual cost was less than the initial estimate. The team's empathetic approach and their assistance during this stress-laden period not only eased my mother's transition but also provided me with much-needed peace of mind. The team's expertise was evident in their help with downsizing and their vast knowledge of different facility layouts. They even assisted with planning the layout for each new apartment my mother moved into. I was so impressed by their heartfelt service and caring approach that I decided to join Cross Country Movers Group several months after my mother's passing. I have never regretted this decision.
