Reviews

What customers said, in their own words.

Copied word for word from Google, Yelp and Trustpilot, with a link to the original beside each one. We do not edit them and we could not take them down if we wanted to — they live on the platform, not on this page.

Every review we have

“I've used their moving service both from VA to CA and from CA back to VA over the years and it never disappointed me.”

S.W. Trustpilot
Are these real?

Each one is on Google, Yelp or Trustpilot under the name shown, and each card links to it. Nothing here was written by us — the text is copied across exactly as the reviewer typed it, lowercase sentences and all.

Why do most of them show no stars?

Because we do not have the number the reviewer gave. The previous version of this site drew five stars beside every quote whether anyone had rated it or not, which is worth nothing to you. A rating appears here only where the real figure is on record, and on most of these it is not. The same rule covers the aggregate score we do not claim and the figures we do not print — it is written down on our editorial standards page.

Why do some have no date?

The Google reviews came across without one. Rather than guess, or drop the dates we do have, the date shows where it was recorded and is absent where it was not.

Can you take a review down?

No. They are held by Google, Yelp and Trustpilot, and those platforms decide what stays. This page quotes them and links out; it does not host them, so there is nothing here to delete.
