Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you ask us for a moving estimate, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

What we collect

When you submit an estimate request we collect the origin and destination ZIP codes, your move date, the size of the move, your name, and whichever of a phone number or email address you give us. If you write anything in the notes field we keep that too. We also record which page the request came from, and the IP address it came from, because that is how we tell a real enquiry from an automated one.

Why we hold it

To price your move and to call you back about it. An estimate cannot be produced without an origin, a destination and a way to reach you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your enquiry with other moving companies, brokers or lead-generation services.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
• We do not use your details for anything other than the move you contacted us about.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Records attached to a completed move are kept for as long as federal regulations require a licensed carrier to keep them, and no longer.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That data is aggregated and is not tied to your enquiry. Blocking those cookies does not affect your ability to get a quote or use any part of this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details on the contact page and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no department to be transferred to.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update it here. Material changes will be dated at the top of the page.
